Rajneesh Kumar is the SVP & Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Flipkart Group, leading strategic government engagement, public policy, corporate communications, CSR, and sustainability.

With over 25 years of leadership across the private sector and the Indian Civil Services, Rajneesh is an industry thought leader on public policy and shared value creation. Prior to Flipkart, he served as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer for Walmart India and held senior corporate affairs roles at Monsanto, VSNL (now Tata Communications), and a European healthcare PE fund.

Rajneesh holds an Engineering degree, an MBA from INSEAD, and executive credentials from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He actively serves on national committees including CII, FICCI, AMCHAM, and IAMAI.

Seema Nair is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Flipkart, bringing nearly three decades of HR leadership across IT, FMCG, retail, and manufacturing.

Prior to Flipkart, Seema held key executive roles at Reliance Industries, leading Group HR Digitization, Talent & Leadership, DE&I, and Employee Communications. Her career also includes serving as CHRO (India & SAARC) for both Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages and Cisco Systems, alongside early HR roles at Intel, Hughes Software Services, Microland Group, and Crompton Greaves.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and serves on the Diversity & Inclusion and MSME committees for the Bombay Chamber of Commerce.
